Erick and I got back late Saturday night exhausted and hoarse after spending 2 days talking to many interested in sustainable farm products. We were able to connect to many potential wholesale customers as well as fellow farmers and food producers doing wonderful things. It is uplifting to connect with so many that are excited about what we are doing to make “Good Food” more available. In the next few weeks I will enjoy passing along some of the information learned during workshops as well as some interesting tales from the big city of Chicago.
