100% Grass Fed Chuck Pot Roast: The chuck is the most complicated cut of beef because it breaks down into many muscles. We sell most of our chuck roasts bone-in which adds flavor though we occasionally sell them boneless which makes them easier to serve. We select only the best center cut chuck pot roasts from the shoulder. Because of the relatively high proportion of fat marbling, chuck pot roasts have excellent flavor and the make the most outstanding lazy Sunday afternoon pot roast.
Each package contains one 2-3 lb. roast.
