The day we started putting appointments back on the schedule, the office morale jumped. Staff has been getting started processing beef again not long after the fire at our facility. We are glad to have a facility to lease and even happier to be working on rebuilding our own facility. Though we know there is a lot of work ahead of us, nothing makes us happier than taking an order for locally raised meat products. This week we will be cutting our first retail/wholesale beef after the fire. They have been dry aged for two weeks and will be ready for your freezer. These beef were pasture fed and finished on corn for good marbling. No addition of hormones or antibiotics in the feed. In another couple of weeks we will process 100% grass finished beef. Locally raised pork will be coming in next week. And we still have pasture raised poultry that was stored in a freezer at the farm. We are quickly back to having many options to fill your freezer. Please give us a call to place an order. (765) 324-2161. Your support is greatly appreciated!
