This week’s CSA has the makings of some wonderful stuffed peppers! Start off by browning all of the ground beef. As the ground beef is being cooked, cut the tops off of the bell peppers. Stuff the bell peppers with cheese, ground beef, sliced candy onions, and sliced tomatoes. Put the peppers in the oven at 350⁰F until the cheese melts, the candy onions just start to brown, and the pepper itself is no longer crisp, but still firm. Now pull the peppers out and enjoy!
