It’s time for kraut; making fermented foods at home.
The cabbage is ready. The cucumbers are coming on. We will be looking at making kraut (and pickles depending on the time) Friday August 14th at 10AM. Please RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org and I will send you directions.
Cost $15 with a $5 discount for any good kitchen implement (ie cutting board, kraut board, clean food storage buckets, canning funnel or jars.)
