Lamb Loin Chops: These are the lamb version of beef T-bones. With the loin and the fillet, this the most tender cut on a lamb where only a fork is necessary. Like rib chops, quickly broiled or pan-seared is enough to make these into the highlight of a perfect dinner. Cut between the ribs these chops are usually around 1 Â½ inches to 2 inches thick.
Each 1 lb. package contains 4-6 chops.
