Local All Natural Smoked Bacon: Cured with sea salt, turbinado sugar, paprika and other spices we use celery juice powder as our curing agent (consists of sea salt and celery powder). We hand rub each pork belly with this cure, let it sit and cure for a week in our cooler, then hickory smoke them in our state of the art smokehouse. Sliced thin, we are sure you haven’t had bacon like this. This is a true bacon the way it was made to be prepared. No nitrites or nitrates are used in this cure besides that which is naturally occurring in sea salt and celery powder.
