Colleges Start New School Year with Local Meat

Kudos to Bon Appetit, the Food Service Company for both Wabash College and Depauw University, for having the vision to provide local food in their dining halls. For the second year, we’ll be providing our local pastured pork to Wabash College, and Depauw is signing on this year as well. We also shipped our meat to Chicago’s Loyola University via FarmLogix for the first time last week. AND, This Old Farm owner Jessica has been talking to Harrison College in Indy to explore setting up a Farm to Fork Program for their Culinary Arts students.
